My mom has been making this dish since I was a child so it must be written in this blog.
500 g carrots, chopped
4 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 large onion (250g), finely chopped
1 sprig of parsley
400 ml white wine or brandy (2 glasses) enough to cover the meat and a little water if necessary
Pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste
Thyme for garnish sprinkled on top.
Pour into the pressure cooker white wine or brandy and a little of water if necessary to cover the meat and to create the right consistency for a sauce.
